Arm Stretches

Put your left arm behind your back and grab your wrist with your right hand. Drop your head to the right side, roll it slightly and find any tightness. Stretch and breathe, then repeat with other arm.

Extend your left arm straight over your head then bend your elbow so your hand falls between your shoulder blades. Grab your elbow with your right hand and pull so you feel the stretch in your upper arm (triceps). Breathe and let your shoulders relax, then repeat on the other side.
