What’s For Breakfast?

Do you offer a full breakfast to your guests each morning? If you do, you most likely have a treasure trove of favorite, easy-to-prepare dishes that are sure to impress your guests.

Years ago I gained access to the most fabulous baked French toast recipe from an innkeeper friend. I make it often, especially for my own guests, and always think of my friends. And the best part of the recipe, like most if not all baked French toast recipes I suppose, is you prepare it the night before, let the refrigerator do its magic overnight, and the dish is ready to pop in the oven when you get up in the morning. No fuss, no muss. Just great smells coming from your kitchen and happy, satisfied guests. Along with a great cup of coffee or the perfect cup of tea, what could be better in the morning?

A very effective way to keep your guests thinking about you and your delicious breakfasts is to share some of your recipes with them. This can be done through a blog, an annual (or any other frequency) newsletter, or the occasional email when the spirit moves you. You could even do this on Facebook or through whatever social media avenue you prefer. The important thing is to stay in touch and share, which not only keeps you in their sights, but endears you to them with your generosity.

If you found this information valuable, or know someone who might, please feel free to share.
