Mission Control Business Services has hosted Glen’s Weekly Total Body Activation Class in the Berkshires since September 2015.

Every Tuesday Glen greets his Berkshire class at 8am eastern time (5am Glen time!). He joins us via a video conference call for a one-hour live group class.

“TOTAL BODY ACTIVATION CLASS utilizes a form of resistance training involving isometric (static) muscular contractions during which there is a constant and equal FORCE or TENSION placed on the muscle and joints.  You will learn how to strategically manipulate mechanical factors at various points of range of motion to alter a resistance and challenge your muscles, motor recruitment, and joint forces. You will also learn how to engage muscles properly and effectively so that you can be more mindful during exercise.  Through this experience, your body will develop a better neurological connection, intention, and awareness of your muscles and joints promoting healthier motor and movement patterns, thus aiding in recovery, muscular imbalances, and prevention of injuries.”
